GREAT COMPETITIVE GOLF
The Gogs is a friendly, traditional club with opportunities for competitive play for everybody. Competitions take place every Wednesday and Saturday. Men’s and Ladies' competitions played on the same day are held on different courses, one being reserved for men on a Saturday morning and one for the ladies on a Wednesday morning. On both days there is an alternative competition on the other course. The two courses bring variety and contrast to the competitions.
There are formal and informal club matches at all levels and a range of seasonal knock outs and leagues in the summer and winter.
GREAT SOCIAL GOLF
There is a very healthy social golf scene.
The format of play on the courses alternates daily. One course has unrestricted play and the other is restricted to two or three ball. Consequently rounds of golf at the Gogs are usually speedy and with little delay, nearly always less than four hours.
