There is a huge premium on the tee shot on this stout uphill par four.
Playing this hole to reach in three is often sensible, as a shot lost to
the right almost always leads to a reload. Yet, a confident drive
between the mounds and fairway bunkers can leave a good chance to record
a green in regulation on this difficult hole. The green itself is deep
and modest in slope, although guarded by bunkers and hollows on either
side.
